THE REALTOR IS THE RECEIVER APPOINTED BY THE FRANKLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT, ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION. The buyer must provide the Receiver with a rehabilitation plan, project timeline, and proof of funds when making an offer on the property and will be responsible for abating the code violations.
